By registering on freevaping.net and ordering from the Website, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions (Terms) set out below. You also warrant to act in accordance and with all respect to these Terms.

QUALITY

The Website works with products of high quality. Nevertheless, we can not be held responsible for variation in quality from products’ manufacturers. All the products sold by freevaping.net follow EU standards and technical specifications.
PLEASE NOTE: all the products listed for sale on the Site do not contain nicotine.

GUARANTEE

We want all our Customers to be satisfied with any product they order from freevaping.net. However, in case of non receipt of the order or damage of the product received, freevaping.net will not refund your payment until a full investigation has taken place. It is beyond our power to complete these actions until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. All orders should also be insured by your credit card provider.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

We kindly ask you to get in touch with us immediately whatever any problem appears and to not cancel transactions by filing disputes with your credit card company. If there is any problem we will always seek for a solution: either a refund or return of your order.

It is important to mention that such unjustified measures force us to refuse future purchases from customers attempting or threatening to do so. If you order from our store, you agree on these policy and rules and you are obliged to inform us primarily as any troubles occur. Otherwise, disputes will be contested.

RETURN POLICY

Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order and read the product information carefully to make sure you are using it properly. If you are not satisfied with the product received, or it’s damaged or does not correspond to the description, you may return the parcel back to us. Naturally it may take from 20 to 40 days for our company to receive the parcel back. As soon as we receive the product(s) back, we will issue you a refund or a full refund depending upon each situation. You will immediately receive a notification from our Customer Support Service once the item is received.
Please note that you are fully responsible for items that are at your possession. You must return them in sellable condition (provided that you’ve received them this way, without damages).

REFUND POLICY

Our company always fulfills its obligations and assumes full liability for all purchases made by our Customers from our store. You can apply for a refund in the following cases:

  • 1. Full refund – if order isn’t shipped due to some technical problems or is lost/stolen while being delivered;
  • 2. Partial refund – a half refund costs of the products ordered when a Customer at his/her sole discretion rejects goods or is not satisfied with the order;
    All refund requests are satisfied within 2 working days after clients raise such claims.
  • 3. Partial refund covering the cost of goods when the order is returned to us not by our fault (i.e. incorrect shipping information filled while having submitted the order, package is sent back as unclaimed by the addressee);

DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours or 2 business days upon transaction submission.

PROHIBITED

All vape products listed on the Website are intended only for personal use and not for commercial purposes. The release of any product ordered from freevaping.net is strictly prohibited by law.
